The Stanford Laptop Orchestra (SLOrk) will present all new works for the the full ensemble in Bing Concert Hall on Saturday, June 9th. You are warmly invited to an evening of music made at the intersections of humans, computers, hemispherical speaker arrays, new instruments, and novel musical spaces. This is the 10th anniversary of SLOrk, and there will be a pre-concert talk by director Ge Wang about the medium and history of the laptop orchestra, starting at 6:45pm. The concert begins at 7:30pm.
